- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and GitHub
- Specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners
- Stay up to date on labour legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management, business management
- Proven experience working in IT industry.
- Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR practices.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment software.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Established good LinkedIn connection network.
- Sound organizational and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Salary: starting at 150,000 PKR (more based on experience)
