The CMM9 was specifically developed for use in mobile machinery and combines force and moisture measurement in a single compact device. Through direct signal processing within the module, analog sensor signals—such as those from strain gauge load cells—are amplified, digitized, and transmitted to the vehicle control system without interference.

Thanks to its high-resolution force measurement, integrated resistive moisture measurement, and flexible sensor connectivity, the CMM9 is suitable for a wide range of applications—from agricultural balers to harvesting and forage equipment, as well as other off-highway machines. Its robust design, featuring an IP6K8 protection rating and a temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C, ensures reliable operation even under demanding operating conditions. 
Configuration is quick and easy using MRS Applic Studio. This allows the measurement module to be flexibly adapted to different applications and supports machine manufacturers in developing modern and efficient vehicle concepts.
