Declaration on accessibility

MRS Electronic GmbH & Co. KG endeavors to make its websites accessible in accordance with Section 10 (1) of the State Disability Equality Act (L-BGG). This accessibility statement applies to the company websites (https://www.mrs-electronic.com/ and https://marine.mrs-electronic.com/) and the online -shop (https://shop.mrs-electronic.com/).

1. Status of compatibility with the requirements

a) These websites are partially compatible with Section 10 (1) L-BGG due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.

2. Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

a) Incompatibility with Section 10 (1) L-BGG

• Alternative texts: Not all graphic content has appropriate alternative texts and alternative descriptions. We are constantly reviewing and revising this content.
• Contrast: Individual elements on the website do not currently meet the required contrast ratio. We are endeavoring to adjust these contrasts.
• Keyboard accessibility: Some interactive elements are currently not fully keyboard accessible. We are working on ensuring full keyboard accessibility.
• Moving content/videos: There is a small amount of moving content on the website that does not have a control element. We are working on making this content operable.
• Technical terms and foreign words: Some content and texts on the website contain technical terms and foreign words. We try to reduce their use to a minimum and are of course available to answer any questions.
• External links: It may happen that external links lead to non-accessible content.

b) Disproportionate burden

• Existing or outdated content and files have not been consistently checked and are not revised due to the volume and low added value for website users. This can affect PDF files or alternative texts for images, for example.

c) The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions

• Outdated news: News articles that are no longer considered relevant have not been checked for accessibility due to their volume.

3. Preparation of this declaration on accessibility

This declaration was prepared on June 17, 2025 on the basis of a self-assessment. The declaration was last reviewed on July 14, 2025.
