The CC27WP is a powerful and robust 32-bit controller that offers you 27 inputs and outputs in the basic version, 16 of which are freely configurable I/Os with voltage and current diagnostics. There are 2 CAN interfaces and 4 half bridges for controlling DC motors. With its 7 multifunctional inputs, you can also switch the measuring range, measure the frequency or activate a switchable pull-up resistor and a switchable current sink.
The power extension offers you an additional 16 I/Os as well as an optional third CAN interface via the M12 connector. The CC27WP is particularly suitable for your vehicles with many consumers to be controlled and high load currents. It continuously records the current of the loads and can switch them off if a defined value is exceeded. This means you do not need a classic fuse box. The control unit can be expanded into an operable system using an HMI system.
